mBIT Coaching Techniques
mBIT, or mBraining, is new and exciting. It is groundbreaking, where the latest Neuroscience insights confirm what ancient wisdom, across many spiritual and esoteric traditions, has led us to believe for thousands of years. That we have multiple intelligence systems in our bodies.
What exactly is mBIT?
Multiple Brain Integration Techniques. It’s about the knowledge gained from Ancient Wisdom, combined with the latest evidence from Neuroscience.
mBIT, or mBraining, is new and exciting. It is groundbreaking, where the latest Neuroscience insights confirm what ancient wisdom, across many spiritual and esoteric traditions, has led us to believe for thousands of years. That we have multiple intelligence systems in our bodies. We house the same neurology as our brain, or HEAD, also in our HEART & GUT.
Who is this for?
mBIT is for EVERYONE.
What specifically does that mean?
How many times in your life have you said ‘I have a gut feeling about this!’ ‘This’ could be related to a person, a situation, a proposal or business plan. It just didn’t feel right. You couldn’t explain why that was BUT you actually felt that sensation IN your gut.
Either during coaching or alone, it’s possible to recall that feeling, of the gut feeling tight, when you think about those events in your life that created the feeling in the first place. It works in the same way as when we recall a specific smell or touching something for the first time – our senses are heightened.
When people wish to be creative they might say they need ‘head space’ – they don’t want interruptions or distractions to what they are doing or creating.
Often people might say ‘I feel it’, with their hands clasped to their hearts.
What does an mBIT coach do?
mBIT coaches work with you in aligning these three intelligence systems to achieve even more profound decision making in your daily life, whatever those decisions might be.
The coaching takes place in privacy, with a trained practitioner, who builds rapport with you and guides you to achieve the life-changing neurological alignment that provides you with the insight to making those robust and sustainable decisions. It pushes beyond those self-limiting beliefs, releasing, often life changing, decisions based on courage, compassion and creativity.
The emotions clients experience in this coaching technique is truly humbling. There can be tears of joy and pure elation when that ‘light-bulb moment’ is reached. When that final decision is made. It is very empowering.
NB: This technique does not involve personal contact.
What kind of decisions can be made?
Decisions related to family and friends
Decisions about personal relationships
Decisions about work: new roles, promotion, new organisation
Stepping out of your comfort zone!
What kind of results do you get from mBIT?
mBIT takes over where NLP finishes. Clients wholly resonate with it and results may be achieved quickly. Aligning the three intelligence systems in your body brings greater success, happiness and achieves the highest level of wisdom.
In whatever arena mBIT coaching is used this synthesised, integrated approach is both practical and potent.
mBIT can revolutionise your personal and corporate world with increased creativity, courage and compassion. How long is it since you can claim to have had this approach to your life or work?
So what can mBIT do for you?
mBIT works well in business and leadership. Courage, compassion and creativity is often missing in the corporate world and leadership. This methodology offers a new, exciting approach to moving beyond obstacles that are often perceived to be in the way.
A client recently approached me to make a decision about her new business and if she should give up her existing job and concentrate wholly on her new opportunity.
At the end of the session, after some tears of joy, a firm decision was made and my client hit the road running with her new business, which she continues to develop to this day. It was a very emotional moment for both of us.
